Vanilla Coconut

My grandmother used to make this coffee is so often knew her and she is simply known by my family Coffee with "T grandmother." She did it for church meetings, family reunions, and any other meetings where coffee was served. I remember a girl helps her one of a small oven kitchen. Me, standing on a stool with a hand mixer and great grandmother standing behind me, telling me to do all the ingredients well mixed. Years ago, my grandmother (his daughter) even gave me the Bundt pan that Grandma T was used to bake pies, and is the only bread that I use for this recipe. Do not use a Bundt pan (though it looks good and can be added to the icing). A standard 9×13 rectangular pan works well, too.

This recipe is simple as they come and tell you that is the best ever Coffee. Wet. Sweet. Perfect with coffee. Perfect for any gathering.

Coffee with Grandma T

Mix 1 yellow cake
3 oz box instant coconut pudding (use vanilla if you can not find coconut)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon oil / 2 cup
1 cup sour cream
Sugar 1 / 3 cup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 º F. BA A fat 9×13 or Bundt pan. Beat cake mix, cake, eggs, oil and sour cream for 5 minutes at high speed. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts and set aside. Expand half of the cake batter into pan. Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Pour / spread remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

* If using Bundt pan, then put it in a dish, you can make a glaze with powdered sugar and milk and pour over cake.
